Franklin Drive Thru Safari

  • It’s an Aggie owned and operated organization born from a love of animal stewardship and dedication to conservation. The park offers 450 acres of family-friendly, educational, and conservation-based opportunities to interact with over 100 species of wildlife, including several extinct-in-the-wild species and more than 20 endangered species!

Messina Hof Estate Winery - Bryan, TX

  • Messina Hof is the original Aggie-owned Texas winery. If you love wine, this is a good place to check out. I visited Messina Hof winery & Resort for the first time when my friend had a beautiful wedding. It’s one of the award-winning wineries in Texas. You can taste 100% Texas wine made from 100% Texas grapes. Take your loved one out on a date or visit with a group of friends. You won’t regret it.

Santa’s wonderland

  • It’s Christmas season and you need to visit Santa’s Wonderland. They offer train rides, petting zoos, mechanical bull, ice skating, tubing on a snowy mountain, love music, light shows, and many stores for Christmas gifts. Tickets are not cheap but they offer early bird sales. You can expect a large crowd but it’s usually less busy if you visit on weekdays. Please check out their website for more info on parking which requires a little logistics planning.
